I’ve said before that interstate extradition/rendition is a place where I can see actual violence between states/the federal government. Is Joe Biden going to send troops to pick up DeSantis? No, but would President Trump or President DeSantis send troops to enforce indictments in FL or TX against doctors providing abortions or gender-affirming care in California?
