I’m curious about how the logistics/mechanics of disallowing these votes work? If somebody dies the day before election day how does their ballot get disallowed?

I still expect to win the mail-ins in red counties, but I basically just put them in as breakeven to be conservative and our margins in the places we would run up big gains would cover it all. Everything is coming in as I expected so far.

I didn’t do the math, but I’d estimate Biden got 75-80% of the latest ~4k votes dumped in Erie County. Trump is up a few points there overall. So they’re breaking very blue.

You can leave any controversial stuff out. If they win the senate they can pass other legislation for the controversial stuff. And if they don’t win, it doesn’t matter.

Just make it pure popular awesomeness and see if Mitch will bite. (He won’t). Then you can campaign on it.
