GA SOS hasn’t updated since about 11:00pm. There have been plenty of ballots processed since then, but no actual numbers updates.

anecdotally, that’s what my mom and all her friends did in florida that were dems.

they all put stamps on them, and then dropped them off on tuesday for some reason
