I assume all PA ballots are randomly distributed and we’re not seeing a phenomenon of “later” ballots breaking more for Trump.

It’s also possible Philly has counted some but that they haven’t been posted in the totals yet. That would indicate a dump of 11K ballots from Philly soon.
Here’s the list by county, that ties to the 369K outstanding number. (Sorted by # left to count)
They have counted everything they have. Absentees there can arrive until 11/12 and will be counted and posted then.

So Biden needs to win them 65/35. Doesn’t look like he’s winning this by 100k votes unless there’s a huge amount of provisionals out there as well. Still on track to win though.
My theory on why nevada is so slow is that covid has turned their brains into mush

Trump wins - WAAVF and I lose some money
Biden wins + Biden PA - WAASLF and I win a little money
Biden wins + Trump PA - WAASLF and I win lots of money

The problem is that dataset isn’t live; instead, it’s updated once per day. So the 369k remaining was accurate this morning when the gap was around 147k.

They can count ballots that arrive up until 5pm tomorrow. The PA Dems are likely including what they expect their in their margin of victory estimates, but this is why I was saying 75K to 150K when they said 100K-200K. We’ll win without any of the 11/3 to 11/6, assuming they aren’t counted in current numbers (which is my understanding since they are segregated and have not been discussed). It’ll be close without them, but we’ll win. Those will pad our total.
