Doing math in my head I think this means Biden has taken 70% of the votes since the 538 update. A good pace that if continue, he probably wins. Also, Philly I believe was only ~18% of this sample, but it’s theoretically 28% (85K/300K) of the remaining.

Well, they updated their counting dashboard (page 2) to 326k (which could be behind based on numbers in my post above) but it is still showing 85k for Philly and 36k for Alleghany.

The provisional and military absentees could actually be important. The state official said earlier that there were 8,000+ military and overseas ballots out there, but he has no idea how many are actually going to come in.

The above link is still showing Philly as 85k. Was Philly apart of that sample? Was it higher than 85k before?
I believe it was 91-92. We got 7500 Philly votes out of 41000 since the 538 update.
