Yeah if my wife wasn’t a huge fan (she’s a 29 year old white woman… so she was ~17 when the first ts album dropped) I wouldn’t get it either.
Her lyrics hit her demo like a train carrying trucks. If you don’t get it it’s beca you aren’t in the demo.

There is a house close by like that. I figured they just couldn’t afford to put in new front stairs?
I’m sure the underlying reason is some combination of cheap and lazy, but they’re so common in Newfoundland they have a name.
I’m sure snow on the ground 6 months of the year has something to do with it.
I saw an ominous billboard on the I-10 in Phoenix that just said: “MARK KELLY IS NOT WHO HE SAYS HE IS”
Not sure what it’s about yet, but I’m confident it’s a good-faith and substantive critique of his policy positions. 
(Kelly is Gabby Gifford’s husband and running as a Democrat for Martha McSally’s senate seat)

Yeah wow. I looked at that earlier and thought it must be wrong somehow. But maybe it’s possible? I was thinking to myself that something about the new software makes reading the forum a little more compulsive for me.
