SARS-CoV-2: Electric Superflu

That’s nationwide after 40,000+ tests over the last 30 days, not just a few hotspots like US

Let me know when all US gyms, cinemas, pubs, cafes and restaurants are closed

But you’re correct, London probably is in the shit

You keep saying this, but China’s response was hot garbage.

A client of mine just shipped me one of these, I imagine people will keep their distance.

I think China’s numbers are way more accurate than you but let’s say they’re 100% under… give them 7,000 deaths with a population higher than the US.

I would bet my left bollock USA doubles that 7,000 figure in the same time.

I reckon the cruise ships are for bodies. Not enough workers to bury them. Funerals not the best for socail distancing.

If US ever reports anywhere near their correct death rate, then you’ll understand the Chinese effort

Keep their distance? No way man you’ll have everyone flocking to you complimenting you on your cool mask and how you must be a total badass! They’ll be wanting to touch it and try it on and take selfies with you.

I usually wouldn’t spread gossip shit like this but wife called me and said she had a couple people who would know this kind if thing tell her that MN will be announcing a full lock down this afternoon…

I forget - are you or anyone in your house a high risk group? I feel like if CA thinks going for a walk is safe, I’m ok with trusting them on that. But only because I’m low-risk and live alone.

Trump has handled this so poorly, I’d feel more comfortable if he assigned Not Sure to solve everything.

No one should feel guilty about walking their dog or going jogging. You won’t get people sick that way as long as you keep distance.

His first words were “I’m guessing.” What a sad person you are.

We’re close.

Nobody high risk. I’ve gotten BAD flu that turned into lingering bronchitis for three years running, and one of those years it turned into pneumonia so I kinda think my body is pretty bad at fighting this stuff off, but other than that we’re good.

State deadlines are different, though many are following federal guidelines.

We need these that have an AR-15 or something on it so the dipshits will wear it. From 22:

I wore my mask and everything was cool. I told the staff I have no symptoms but live with elderly ppl, so was taking all precautions. About 10 minutes later a guy came in and looked at me and said “really”, I told him I live with elderly ppl and am taking all precautions, he said “nobody in here is infected.” SMH. At that time, not counting staff, there was about 7 ppl in the retail space. I was going to correct him, but was focused on my research and getting info from some knowledgeable ppl that helped me out.

Even once we do get enough masks it’s gonna take a long time to change the culture to where you’re not a giant pussy snowflake for wearing one. The good news I guess is that won’t happen in big cities as much where they’re really needed.

Literally nobody wore seatbelts when I went to high school in KC in the mid-80s. Wouldn’t want to be called a fag or pussy. Much better to risk death and paralysis.

This is a start:

I saw a young white dude wearing something like this a few month ago. I thought he was going to start shooting.

Nope even beaches are (finally) closing it looks like. The Keys are closing down as of Sunday for at least two weeks.

General longing for brutal dictatorship.

I’ve read a few unbiased epidemiologists or other experts who say they think China is being pretty truthful for once right now (after the initial attempt at cover up/denial).

Seems like unless you’re going to somehow try to cover up massive deaths (like Iran seems to be doing) ultimately lying is only going to delay the inevitable and make it worse (like the US is doing).

Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade counties, at least have shut down their beaches.

“guessing” followed by “zero chance the cheque’s will be means tested”. I find clovis’ authoritative and certain tone about stuff he knows nothing about irritating. And given the proposals out of the Congress in the past few days, this was indeed something he knows nothing about. Not to mention that no means testing is, in fact, by far the superior solution for all sorts of reasons. His post was a symphony of wrongness.
