Well my feet have been extraordinarily painful and it looks like I have plantar fasciitis so that’s a bit limiting atm. Swimming could be an option. I made the 25 minutes per day commitment so I have an actual chance of keeping up with it and not failing and becoming disheartened. Obviously more exercise would be better but 25 minutes per day is a big leap from what I was doing.

Chop is coming to visit. Apparently a requirement of this visit was ANZAC biscuits so I made a batch and used a different recipe than his to spite him and karma came and created subpar biscuits so I had to make another batch. He then spitefully refused to give me clarification on his recipe so I proceeded as I believed best and have now created the perfect ANZAC biscuit recipe. Pics will follow.

Looks like an oatmeal cookie. When I googled the terms together I got golden oatmeal, or chewy oatmeal as a parenthetical descriptor for ANZAC biscuits.

Looks delicious! Do you ever put any raisins or chocolate chips or anything similar in there? Coincidentally, I’m making some oatmeal choc chip cookies today.

Ah ok, ty I was really curious!

In less than a week I have put on 2.6kg. Weigh 114.4 today. Back to calorie counting before I regain all the weight I’ve lost.

High calories. It was Halloween and I’m certain it would have been worse without calorie counting.

Thankfully it’s going down quite quick even though I haven’t been super tight with my diet.

This was a better day for protein and the calories are getting a little lower. Be under 1700 in no time!
