lentil and sweet potato curry. Partially inspired by jbro and the climate change thread. Havenāt divided yet so uncertain of calorie count but it wonāt be high.

Eggs and lentil curry is delicious! Plus only 342 calories 23g protein and 7g fibre. Not too bad at all.

I just bought a 2nd hand KB for $5! Excited to pick it up tonight and do a workout, has been too long.
A big thank you to everybody who posts in my thread and gives me love through liking my posts. I probably donāt deserve it because Iām not kicking any goals so to speak but it does help motivate me to keep logging and try and stay under 2k on my bad days. Thatās huge. I really appreciate it.
