Was hoping for a little more. I weighed myself midweek and I was quite a bit less. Oh well.
Eh, this is worthy of a few likes from me.
I guess considering I was in a bit of a slump and I managed to pull myself out of it, itās all good.

Its crazy how when youāre on, the calorie count is just a random number between like 1680 and 1700.
I think thatās because I want to eat all my available calories. Which probably isnāt the best attitude to have.
Iāve booked into see my doctor next week and discuss going back on meds for my depression. I kept hoping things would improve if I just tried hard enough, lol me. I need to stop thinking of it as me losing by going on meds but instead recognise that I am trying to manage a health problem appropriately.
Have you seen this lecture people were recommending? It might help some with the frustration over apparent lack of control even if you donāt agree completely with his āno free willā view.
Not sure why it starts 20 minutes in. Recommend starting at the beginning if youāre interested.

Tempted to not give you a like on that one, but I did. I donāt want to encourage a starvation diet.
I think it must be the new meds. I donāt remember it happening last time I took them but this time my appetite has definitely been affected. Combined with some headaches and nausea itās been pretty easy to hit my targets. Iām on the same meds as Johnny.
My target was 1300 calories for like a year and a half. I met it most of the time. Did not starve. Did not feel terribly hungry most of the time. Im not currently tracking but I doubt Iām over 1600 cal/day. Walking goal 10,000 steps/day. Moderate body weight workouts. My weight is stable.
This is not advice because Iāve never been able to square the numbers.
