I’d like to be out of the 20s by my first March weigh in. Which will take a concentrated 3 weeks dieting.
I know unsolicited advice is rarely welcome, so I’m sorry, but have you ever tried intermittent fasting Rexx? I have had enormous success with it and lost close to 40 lbs.
For a few weeks it kind of sucks but then after a while the lbs just fly off and you can eat whatever the hell you want.
Not really. I generally don’t eat breakfast though. How long a gap do you take?
I was doing a pretty extreme 4 hour window for eating. Pretty much 4-8pm. But, if you have a low calorie, satiating snack around lunchtime, that can carry you through to the evening.
It’s basically starving yourself - but for me it really worked. And the meal at the end of the day is always AMAZING because you are very hungry.

I guess alcohol is not counted here and I have no idea what this software is counting that isn’t included, but I was just looking at some of these and trying to figure them out.
Above has 15g of carbs and 50g of protein to the good, which should be 260 calories below goal. Fat is 7g above, which should be 63 calories over goal. I don’t know if Sat Fat is just a subset of Fat, but it’s below goal anyway. That should leave you 197 calories below goal - unless it’s alcohol and not shown or the goals don’t add up. ?
And total calories here is 1984+549+564+89 = 1574 or 1502 if sat fat isn’t separate.
Or I should just mind my own business.
