Yup its still solid! Unfortunately as you know womens weight fluctuates more than mens, so it might not be a true indicator of the amount of progress on a weekly timeline. You might log the exact same for another week and show a 2kg drop for example.

A little disappointing but Iām not too fussed as I did go over on one day and my steps have been atrocious. Still moving in the right direction!
Youāre either gaining or losing and itās clear which way the wind is blowing.
LIst of things I did or did more of pre depression days.
*swimming, particularly ocean swimming
*lots of time at the beach- weāre actually seriously considering moving to be closer to the beach.
*more sunlight
*cycling, I used to cycle everywhere and anywhere I didnāt cycle I walked
*playing pool
*more gardening, my garden was my pride
*card games/board games
*dancing
*I think this is the big one, socialising. I used to be way more social when I was younger and pretty much had contact with friends at least 3-4 nights pw. My bf was less social but I still managed to convince him to take part in card nights etc even if he didnāt want to go out dancing.
I guess you just get less social as you get older, especially with people having kids and your socialising changes. I have no real desire to go out clubbing everynight but it would be nice if we had a circle of friends we socialise with here. We have more acquaintances since we moved, most of my good friends live 2 hours away. Itās disappointing really and it is definitely harder to make friends as you get older. I really enjoy this forum but itās not the same as RL interaction. I do have some friends I have made through volunteering but with covid thereās just been barely any socialising.

Np. I think youāll probably have similar thoughts to me regarding socialising. Probably even more so because youāre single.
