Yeah I like streaks and want it to last as long as it can. The main thing if/when I do break it is that I don’t let it continue longer than a day. Then it’s just a blip.
That sounds like a healthy limit to me. You can’t expect perfection, but this may be a sustainable path that allows for occasional missteps

Not sure what to think of the gain. Going to write it off this week and just continue on as I am keeping accurate logs so there should be a loss. I did have soy sauce last night so maybe it’s water weight. Anyway I won’t panic until next weigh in.
On the plus side my shorts are getting really loose around my waist. Hopefully they’re unwearable by me by the end of Summer and I can donate them.
Gotta be the soy sauce. So much salt in that delicious goodness.
I think I might be a little careful what I eat on the day before weigh in just because psychologically it’s motivating if I see a loss.
That makes sense. What are you thinking of doing to be more careful?
Oh just basic stuff nothing extreme. Keeping my salt down and fibre high. I could possibly make it one of my vegetarian days because my fibre is always really high when I go veggie.
