It was really delicious. A little greek yoghurt on the side. I think I’ll make something similar each week just to try and break up the monotony of eggs on toast, which I like just not everyday.
Is it plain Greek? I do love the tart bite of the plain stuff.
Yep I love the tanginess of it, plus it adds elements of coolness to the curry.

After a really cool spell it’s now suddenly hot here, which it obv should be due to it being summer. I’m going to have to set my alarm to get up earlier as Rex didn’t want to do the second lap of the park and I had to force him to do it. It’s hard enough motivating myself let alone my dog!

I don’t find out for 3 weeks. Seems insanely long but whatever. I didn’t get to sleep until 2.30 due to all the stuff that was strapped to me. Apparently they only need 4 hours worth so it should be ok.
