I’m finding it really hard to stay under 1800 atm. I honestly think I would be going a little mad without my daily walk.

I’ve been going way under my protein goal so will aim for 80 the next few days which isn’t high but better than my average atm. This should be doable if I add sardines in. Obviously still want to stay under 1800.

It’s just getting out of the house and seeing a different environment. I’m lucky that I have a sort of little dam nearby with ducks etc. The garden also helps. I’m out in my own little sanctuary in my backyard. Although it’s not a pristine garden, it’s a working garden which I still find beautiful.

I doubt there’s any chance I lose weight this week.

We’ve consumed 27 bottles of wine since our quarantine started. I think that might be a dieting leak.

I totally get it. I think it’s harder not to have a couple of glasses of wine at the end of the day now than in normal times. A leak for me too.

I’ve stopped thinking of it in terms of leaks. Now it’s all stuff to maintain sanity. Everyone’s mental health sucks right now, my first priority is to maintain it as much as possible. If it means more chocolate than normal, so be it.
