I’ve tried that but there tends to be an outcry from the other household members! I do feel like I am doing ok, logging everyday and my bad days aren’t too terrible. I mean dieting in the apocalypse, cmon?

I just did an hour on the treadmill for the 1st time in years - a combination of running/walking.
Feels good! 3.9 miles, so almost a 15-minute mile.

Disappointing day. Definitely would have hit 2500 calories if I hadn’t been logging though.
I really miss running on the treadmill. My new workout is along brisk walk in the park where I listen to audiobooks and dodge around other walkers. ¡Vamos a caminar en el parque!

My bloody bf pretty much never cooks, although he can actually cook. Anyway during the apocalypse he has been cooking this quick noodle dish for lunch with fresh tomato, carrots, artichoke hearts, onion, olives and garlic. I’ve been counting the calories and being really generous with my oil estimation as I know what he’s like. I walk into the kitchen today and he’s got the oil in the pan with a massive piece of butter melting also! Talk about leaks.
