I thought that was the scam, Tucker is evil, makes stupid arguments to appeal to his viewers and has a dumb look on his face… but he is not actually THAT dumb.
Make unbelievable claim about lost mail to get attention, including from liberals mocking him, then be like “oh, look everybody, I found the receipts!”
IDGAF if the red mirage shows Trump sweeping the Midwest on election night TBH if Biden Binks Florida and/or Georgia and/or North Carolina and/or Texas, all of which should have results on election night.
This sums up 99% of all stupid republican voters. They all take actions now that will hurt them NOW but help them when they inevitably become a millionaire.
It is likely the dumbest singular voting thought process in existence.
Dear stupid republicans,
You don’t have to vote against your self interests now (and knock on wood if you don’t become a millionaire), because you wiki have time to make those votes when you amass your millions.
no, he’s still dumb, because he wasted a day this close to election teasing the documents, instead of delivering his october surprise. all while total votes cast are already past 50% mark.
There are no receipts, though. Otherwise we’d have seen them before 80 million people voted.
So then teasing your BS becomes part of the strategy because you may get more runway from that then producing whatever fake smoking guns you think you have.
I’ve always felt this line of reasoning is unfair and not helpful. I actively vote against my interest in almost every election. I would personally almost certainly be better off voting for right-wing parties. BUT, I think equality matters. I think the environment matters - even what it looks like when I’m dead (or when my children are dead). I think… yadda yadda yadda.
Some people don’t believe that things like universal health care is a right. That property rights are the singular most important thing in the whole fucking world. Yadda, yadda, yadda. It’s totally reasonable that they’re willing to vote against their own direct interests for their personal beliefs.
The more helpful line is more like talking about how the modern GOP isn’t about any of the things they say they believe in. That universal healthcare allows people to actually pull themselves up by their bootstraps. That millionaires are benefitting disproportionately (and not paying their share) from things like police/military and the status quo. And so on and so on.
Anyway, just posting this because I’ve now seen a bunch of responses like yours ITT.
