The narcissist in my life was repeatedly told he was going to die absent major changes. He continued insisting he was perfect through multiple hospitalizations before dying suddenly in his early 60s. Trump is not going to change. He can’t.

I’m getting yelled at by the Unstuck bot for replying to you too much, and I’ve said my piece, but just making this final post to address your question.
If you say he’s totally incapable of changing the narrative about himself, to me that means his most clear avenue to a legitimate election win is closed: basically, he can’t win without cheating. I disagree, and this is not supported by election models. Also, broadcasting that sentiment is not wise.
I hope they finish with a dance number this time - yesterday was very disappointing.

Dems need to hope he gets discharged soon so they can start letting it rip with an endless stream of ads saying “When Trump forced you back to work to prop up the stock market in the middle of a global pandemic, it was just the flu. When HE got infected, they immediately medevac him to the hospital and pumped him full of every experimental treatment known to man.”

If we take the Senate and WH and they push her through anyway, that’s a win. If they fold, we take the seat and it’s 5-4 conservative and court packing is a bad look.
If they force her through, it makes packing the court much easier.
Barret off the court is a win. Take it if you can.
