It is absolutely fucking absurd the media is going along with this “will Dems pack the court” bullshit. They are like 60/40 at best to even win the Senate, and a huge dog to overcome the Manchin / AZ lady / Feinstein opposition. Meanwhile the GOP is packing the Supreme Court RIGHT FUCKING NOW, holding super spreader hearings complete with Judiciary members refusing to get tested.
The media in this country is truly disgraceful. I’m out of words to describe them. Cowards at best.

It’s BS, but Biden needs to say, “We don’t currently have any plan to increase the size of the SCt. Our plans will depend on consultations with the senate and whether republicans seek to force trough Judge Barrett. We believe that the Supreme Court should not be a tool for enacting the unpopular policies of a small elite.”

What’s funny is that they’re likely hurting themselves. It doesn’t look like they’re trying to trick Democratic voters. They are setting the boxes up at GOP locations and promoting them via GOP channels.
When you find yourself supporting the party that actively tries to prevent every eligible voter from voting, it’s time to re-examine things

you’ll like the latest ezra klein podcast, then. it’s kind of hilarious and kind of sad to see this person making well-thought-out arguments that trump is doing a good job. Some of the arguments actually are halway decent, but they all fall apart (e.g. “trump identified particular threats china poses that obama missed,” ok maybe that’s plausible (of course it’s much much more likely that this is just a case of a broken clock being right twice a day), but then she keeps going and tries to argue that he actually has a strategy to deal with them and that it’s working).
It standard Trump.
