At this point the other 3 cops getting arrested is going to be seen as a victory for the protests and probably embolden rather then subdue them. At least I hope so.

Good cops are theoretically possible. In the US however there are no good cops. They always close ranks to protect the really bad cops which in turn makes them all bad cops.
