You called me a Qanoner, said I was trolling, and called me a conspiracy nut twice, while accusing me of lying about my personal experiences twice. Now you’re playing the “I never called you a liar, I said you were lying,” game.
That was -150000000 at the MGM Grand.
All true expect the part about denying your personal experience. That didn’t happen. The other ones, as I already said, were attacking your bad ideas. Not you.
Ok now I’ll ignore. I promise!
You’re a liar engaging in gaslighting. Here’s the proof:
Meanwhile…
I’m sure when I attack your ideas sometime by saying “you have gone to qanon levels” you will not consider that an attack on yourself, or name calling, but simply polite discourse about your ideas.
I predict that if this leads to GMan having to apologize, he will also announce that he needs to enter drug rehab and will disappear for a while. No proof, no evidence, no rumors, just a gut feeling I have.
This whole thing really is an interesting lesson in critical thinking. I have no doubt CW didn’t think mentioning unrelated text messages was conspiracy thinking but it is quintessential. He is trying to use a fact everyone agrees on (people text each other about possible corrupt games) to add subtle weight to the idea that maybe just maybe someone texted someone in this exact game about corruption. He is trying to transfer legitimacy from a fact to pure speculation. This is how conspiracy operates.
I’d very much doubt rehab for him. Dude is in great shape and drinks water/has energy bars while playing high stakes.
It would be like McDavid, Ohtani, Mahomes or Lebron cheating in their sports. I guess it’s possible, but its insanely unlikely.
It’s sad we all know the impact of cheating accusations, and as has been pointed out people in this forum have personal connections to some of the people we are discussing, yet we still feel it’s ok to wildly speculate about cheating with zero evidence.
Does anyone have even a shred of evidence Garrett is a cheater?
I honestly can’t tell if this is sarcasm or serious.
Some people think LeBron may have taken PEDs
This is a worthwhile read.
I think all of them probably have/do. (Well except I have no idea who McDavid is, but if he’s a world class athlete like the others, then I’m comfortable tossing him in there. That should be our default assumption.)
Fucking Americans!
Think ice!
Ok I’ve heard of him. Hockey used to be my favorite sport as a kid all the way to that strike where we lost a SCF, and I haven’t watched much since, in particular the last 5 years or so I’ve barely watched a game.
They’ve been the best cash game player for ~5, years with thousands of streamed hours.
It’s probably less likely they’re cheating than a top tier athlete using roids imo.
Cuse, you kept referencing “suspicious data points” although almost each of those data points completely contradicted the “suspicious” part of the previous one.
there is only one suspicious thing in this entire ordeal and that’s the J4 hand itself. It’s weird as fuck. But it doesn’t get less weird if we assume cheating. That’s the biggest flaw in the she cheated crowd logic (and i’m sure it was pointed out before).
At the end of any argument you have to go to “well she’s not good at it” to explain her actions. it could refer to playing poker, articulating her thought or cheating.
Oh I give the chances of Garrett being a cheat something less than 1 percent. World class athletes, well…
I was just kidding. He is considered the likely best player ever.
We are mostly out of the zone of athletes using steroids because of advancements in medicine/fitness and detection being better.
Some people do blood doping which isn’t illegal in most sports but gets a decent advantage.
Cycling author had a really good recent book on this in the last year mostly for that sport, can’t remember the title rn though.
