Poker News and Live Streams - Ivey wins 11th Bracelet

As you often say “direct action gets the goods”. He’s just being the change he wants to see in the world.

I still don’t get it. They have to wait for him to accept his table assignment? They don’t just seat him and make him pay blinds and stuff?

It’s a specific situation where there’s no game started.

Who cares. It’s a nit being nit. They never have a point. He hates it because he can’t play 8% vpip 4 handed. Same reason he can’t win a tournament.

There have been tons of rumors about cheating in poker lately via cameras on phones and phone chargers on the table being able to film the dealt cards from the bottom.

Now i’ve got some rumor from high stakes cash players about an asian player who is rumored to be using a camera on his gold ring that broadcast the dealt cards to his accessories.

I think casinos will have to move to blackjack type deals out of a shoe instead of tossing the cards in the air

And probably outlawing headphones at the tables which is gonna suuuuuuuuck

Or just get good dealers who pitch low enough that you can’t possibly see the card. If I dealt out of a shoe it would slow my hands per hour down significantly.

Isn’t the point that with a good enough camera on the felt, you can see a card from the deck no matter how low it’s dealt. Only a shoe prevents this as there is never a moment where the card is not touching either the shoe or the felt.

Who loves it more than Michael Rocco?

Holy fuck.

This was my first thought. My guess is because the TV rights are garbage

Sound like Ceasars still hosting and running it.

So dnegs owns part of wsop I assume?

is this where any potential value can come from? get it on any network that isn’t behind a paywall, even if you have to produce it yourself to start with?

When you think of sports in the US, television rights have to be way up their in profitibility pieces. Shit, when Eric Bischoff tried to buy WCW in 2001, he was unable to procure TV rights and the entire company was so devalued because of it, McMahon got their company and whole library for peanuts (I think under 10 million) which is beyond absurd.

The NHL is the poorest of the four major sports because their TV deals are garbage.
