Haven’t seen or talked with them since the rumors came out.
They were a good young pro, EPT/SCOOP/WCOOP winner who just went broke in crypto/sides and scammed poker ppl with xfers/crypto AFAIK.
Most of what I know is from two friends, had dinner with them ~6 months ago and got their side of the story but didn’t need to know everything since they got scammed out of a ton and aren’t as rich as say, Chance.
If I was deep in wsop I would be taking over the top precautions and at least be wearing n95 the entire time. Start getting sick and then what? Not tell anyone? It would be pretty hard as chip leader at final table to say well I have covid and watch your stack blind away.

Chance has been opening wide, I’ve got them both covered, if Holmes actually has AA/KK I’ve still got a playable if not amazing stack. I think even with ICM this would have to be some kind of “second chip leader 3-bets the chip leader” thing for me to consider folding. Or I really thought Holmes was that tight-- I would have to believe he’s more or less always flatting TT/JJ/AK here.
Yeah, I don’t know what OMC means, but that’s the thing about live reads when stacks are this shallow-- someone can be clearly confident in being willing to get their stack in with their hand, but it can still be worse than yours.
