If Brian is value raising with an overpair, that suggests he thinks trying to bluff Klein off a chop doesn’t work because raising with KK is trying to extract value from mostly Tx. If a raise causes Tx to fold, then what are you getting called with that loses to KK?
On the other hand, that means he might raise with likely chops expecting to get called often enough to get value when he can beat Tx.

None of that proves she asked them to press charges or filed a complaint. They already knew of the crime from HCL and likely already had video evidence.

According to HCL, Gardena police did not intend any criminal prosecution after Robbi said she did not wish to pursue criminal charges. This makes it seem likely that they would only be trying to arrest Sagbigsal if Robbi filed a police report.
HCL could have asked them to pursue it, Garrett could have, a third party stakeholder could have.
It’s very hard to bring forward a criminal theft prosecution without the cooperation of the victim. Without that, you can’t prove that the victim took what they took without the permission of the owner. Even if it is on video.
HCL said the cops weren’t going to pursue it without a victim. I suppose you could read something into “at this time”, but Robbi filing a police report seems the most likely explanation.

I’m not sure what that’s supposed to show, he’s the only employee of his “company”, received a PPP loan and had it forgiven. There’s a maximum amount allowed for salaries, and even that can only be based on what’s reported/reportable.
