Poker News and Live Streams - HU4LOLLZ

They’ve been the best cash game player for ~5, years with thousands of streamed hours.

It’s probably less likely they’re cheating than a top tier athlete using roids imo.

Cuse, you kept referencing “suspicious data points” although almost each of those data points completely contradicted the “suspicious” part of the previous one.

there is only one suspicious thing in this entire ordeal and that’s the J4 hand itself. It’s weird as fuck. But it doesn’t get less weird if we assume cheating. That’s the biggest flaw in the she cheated crowd logic (and i’m sure it was pointed out before).

At the end of any argument you have to go to “well she’s not good at it” to explain her actions. it could refer to playing poker, articulating her thought or cheating.

Oh I give the chances of Garrett being a cheat something less than 1 percent. World class athletes, well…

I was just kidding. He is considered the likely best player ever.

We are mostly out of the zone of athletes using steroids because of advancements in medicine/fitness and detection being better.

Some people do blood doping which isn’t illegal in most sports but gets a decent advantage.

Cycling author had a really good recent book on this in the last year mostly for that sport, can’t remember the title rn though.

i would put the odds of garrett cheating at some point in his poker career at way way way above 1%. unless you define cheating as using an electronic buzzing device during a live stream

we know now that garret very likely lied about how the exchange went down in the hallway based on what vertucci said. He seems to be leaning himself towards no cheating. he didn’t take a side, but he said basically the only way it was possible was with a guy on the inside and only a handful of people could have done it.

I genuinely don’t understand how McDavid is that much better than anyone else at skating with a puck. It’s such a simple skill, but like Bolt they’re just so much better than anyone else it’s crazy to me. To have that much of an edge at the top in something everyone does just wrecks my brain.

Literally one of the top 5 baseball players just tested positive this year for steroids. We are no where near out of the woods on this.

I can’t believe you guys care about this. We’re 35-55 year old white men named Matt, who gives a shit?

  • I play/have played poker at least once in the past week

I can say MLB is by far the “major” sport I follow the least.

The risk/reward is just way different than 20 years ago, you’re getting marginal gains and risking a 100+ million contract for baseball seems insane on that.

I’ve had this happen multiple times. Not sure why you think it’s unreasonable.

Can you expand on this? I’ve been playing poker for almost 20 years, have (almost?) a million hands online, and have probably averaged around 10hrs/week of live play for this whole period. I can’t think of a single time that I’ve done anything even underhanded, let alone outright cheating. I have no problem believing someone with G’s reputation is the same.

Look like five posts up.

the odds of him ghosting someone, multi accounting etc in his career is way above 1%. cheating is more than things worm would do on rounders

no idea what you’re referencing.

Just lol at this my dude. High end athletes cheat all the time.

I was just talking about his playing on the streams, and in particular, over the past year or two as I never watched LATB until fairly recently and I think HCL is only about a year old?

I guess it depends what we are defining as cheating.

I dont really think I’ve ever done anything live, but I played underage online. Garrett might have soft played people for example. I dont consider that cheating, but its shitty behavior.

People still give Bonomo shit for double accounting ~15 years ago despite being one of the more progressive poker players the last decade or so. Maybe he ghosted for someone or whatever.
