I suspect with the right-winger justices this could also be about wanting to kill Title IX, and maybe just punish woke universities in general.

My most similar story is I saw a guy cold clock another guy on the sidewalk. I didn’t see anything happen before it. The guy who got hit fell backwards and hit his head on the concrete. The guy who did it walked off. I followed him and flagged down a cop. The cop detained him. The guy who got hit had woken up and didn’t want cooperate and the cops let the puncher go. Supposedly the guy who got punched had spat in the other guy’s face for no reason - they were strangers passing on the sidewalk. I only saw the response.

Sounds like the New York marijuana legislation prohibits drug screening for employment and allows for consumption in public. Am I not mistaken in that being novel among the emerging state laws? I could get used to this powerless governor situation.

Lol the guys trying to recall the district attorney don’t even live in San Francisco and used the “come and debate me” tactic.
Also can anyone explain to me the good faith defense of keeping cash bail? The entire concept never made sense to me and I hear people getting upset by getting rid of it but no one ever says way.
