People thought I was calling for civil war. No. I was predicting that Republicans losing in 2024 would lead to stuff like this, but more and bigger. And them winning would probably still result in a lot of this going on.
This isn’t a problem that can simply be solved by elections anymore.

Why change the playbook when it works? My mom literally brought up the video game violence to me a month or so ago and she has been inhaling this stuff for decades. She microwaved my Doom 2 disks and that’s the only thing that saved me from becoming a mass shooter.

Sample size of 2: I’ve been playing violent video games since Wolfenstein 3D and have never touched a gun or been in a fight.
My son knows the ins and outs of real guns from playing realistic VR games and doesn’t have a violent bone in his body.
