the rules and precedent are clear.
EG?
Oh yes, of course I we had precisely calculated every Yes and No vote, including such longstanding UP luminaries as âElbridge Gerryâ, allowing me us to exactly gauge that the winning margin was attainable.
This is true, you owe Goofy $80, welcher.
I see no point in arguing with you about it and itâs not my decision to make anyway.
Edit: I thought you were asking me for an example of what I think the right decision is. I have no idea who ElbridgeGerry is, but it does appear to be an actual lurker.
You folks know you can question votes without insulting voters, right?
As youâre so concerned about voters not being insulted Iâm just glad that founder members of this forum donât feel insulted by having their voting rights removed.
Maybe theyâre the wrong type of voter.
Founder members of this forum who love this forum so much they demanded all of their donations be returned by an admin while rage-quitting.
There is zero need to add mods 6, 7, and 8 to police the 40 people on this site. All potential mods in this election could stand down for the sake of forum harmony.
eta: to get the numbers right.
Well, to be fair, we swell to 120 people when Wookie is on the ballot.
There are Wookie no voters who have minutes of read time in the last 60 days who havenât posted in 7 months, doesnât exactly seem like the stats of an active UP poster.
Better to make everyone a mod.
So youâre suggesting that I stand down? Why, exactly?
Says numero duo rage-quitter and self perma-demander.
With numero uno being someone who reappeared, while banned, as FUCKYOUBANME abusing people left right and centre in a fit of hysterics.
Quality mod.
Because volunteers are not needed and the longer this thread goes on the worse it is for forum harmony.
Lol, neither CW or I have ever demanded that our accounts be deleted, anonymized, or that an admin pay us off to quit.
I disagree, but I accept that your position is that Iâm 100% wrong and that neither of us are going to change our minds, so Iâm not going to argue with you about it.
I agree which is why I posted encouraging the mods/admins/community to resolve it quickly. Basically the mods need to come to an agreement on their position and we can go from there. If a lot of people disagree with their position, that can then be resolved. Arguing in the mean time is pointless.
To add to my earlier status report, commonWealthâs votes exceeded the threshold, while jman220 and Crunchyblackâs did not. These results donât appear to be in dispute. I recommend that @spidercrab adds commonWealth to the mod team when he has a chance.
Wherein you demonstrate that you do not understand the difference between requesting a ban, and ragerequesting that your account be deleted or anonymized.
