Okay, sell me on the Arrival ending.
I’m convinced that an elite movie was possible there, but that wasn’t it.
I’m actually curious though. What don’t you like? It seems genius to me the way it takes the central linguistic theme and turns it into the resolution for the central relationship. It’s elite level script writing imo.
