Pittâs got the damn vroom vroom movie in the Best Picture field to go along with its commercial success. Pitt being on the list feels very expected to me.
Jack Black also makes a fair bit of sense if he had some sort of stake in the Minecraft Movie. That thing did gangbusters business even though it appears to probably be abysmal.
imagine paying $28 million for jason mamoa. and rob mac?? are we paying by the pound, or what kind of hollywood muscleman math is this. who cares about seeing either of these men in a movie?
I legitimately have no idea who Rob Mac is.

Heâs had a lot of success with Minecraft Movie, Super Mario Brothers franchise, Jumanji franchise, Kung Fu Panda franchise, etc.
Yeah, I guess I donât know what âtop-earning actors in 2025â means. In case it means how much they earned last year, thatâs why I was throwing those others out. He had that bad-looking Anaconda thing on top of Minecraft, so heâs certainly ubiquitous enough.
Iâm not saying itâs a bad movie. They all make nice little speeches to justify their attitudes and actions but itâs bullshit. Itâs a movie about people choosing to do bad things, which has become a habit. Theyâre going to do this really bad thing because theyâve become bad people. Well maybe not the one guy who is true to himself by being nakedly self-serving and is just sad heâs fired and isnât one of the profiteers. I guess Spaceyâs character is the closest to feeling regret and empathy for the people getting screwed. Itâs his dog that dies. He has the money, and thatâs all. And he knows it.

Ya I googled him. Never watched that show. Why is he so high on movie list? He doesnât seem to have any major recent films.
