This is the most nothing movie I have ever seen. Zero emotion. Not an original idea. No impact. You don’t care for one second.
It literally contains the line “I don’t think I can hold him much longer”
Grade: not worth the effort.

Something with any form, ambition, thought or reason to exist in any way. It’s offensively nothing.

Affleck is a pretty great director. He is also great as the lead. I thought this was a really good bank robbery film mixed with an ethnography of Charlestown. Affleck seems to peak when he is exploring the culture of his hometown.
So many great character actors.

Very weird movie experience. My wife and I were scrolling Amazon last night and stumbled on something called “The Lost city” with Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum.
I have never heard of this movie in my life. I had seen nothing about it, ever.
It made 200 million dollars.
Wtf?
And it sucked.
That other lost city thing with Daniel Radcliffe also sucked.
Thats the one, Daniel Radcliff is the bad guy. Hes the best part by far
