T-tops was a low quality troll and has been confined to one thread, even seems like he mightâve given up so not that big of a deal. Anachronistic posting hasnât been completely brain dead lately but still sucks mostly and is getting to that annoying posting level again. I have no one on the forum on ignore and can usually help myself but sometimes I will participate in containment threads. I dunno, I think maybe some of these containment threads can help because what some of these right wing trolls say is what a lot of normal everyday people think so there is some useful information in countering some of those arguments which can be used against people not fully buying into the derposphere

I have 2 on ignore and you could probably guess them with one try.
What if T-Top and Anachro are required to share the same containment thread?
Why not just create a containment sub-forum and call it âThe Zooâ, since its purpose would be to entertain us by allowing to gawk at animals?

Any way to keep threads from the zoo off the main page? If the main page becomes clogged with containment threads, Iâm out.
Iâve been online for 25 years and every forum Iâve been in that dealt with trolls and bad actors by saying âjust ignore them, if everyone does it theyâll go awayâ has eventually eroded and crumbled from them. Just something to keep in mind, I donât have much specific about any one poster in mind with that.
Mute the threads. You wonât even see them.

When do we get one of those plots where it has posts on one axis and likes per post on the other again. Feels like it has been a few months. Would probably be a good tool to see if some of these people are extreme outliers.
I think the only way they should be able to stay is 100% containment (like HNH) and not on the front page. Yes, many have already ignored them, but if someone new shows up, Iâd hate for them to think that type of posting is acceptable here.
I suppose this is the day you learn that your rights promised by the government are not the same as the obligations you must uphold to remain part of a community.
