Finally got Disney+ (only $3/month when tacked onto Hulu). Going through all the Marvel shows, starting with Wandavision. It was really good! Very clever. Two episodes into Falcon and the Winter Soldier now. Much different vibe, but solid so far. Certainly not as good yet, as itā€™s kind of your normal action/track down the bad guy show. Tough to do something as creative as Wandavision every time.

Order of Marvel+ shows from Best to Worst (She hulk not ranked as I havenā€™t watched it yet):

  1. Wandavision;
  2. Loki;
  3. Hawkeye;
  4. What if?
  5. Ms. Marvel
  6. Moon Knight;
  7. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier

Hawkeye/Whatif/Ms. Marvel are all really close though, I could switch them around. Wandavision is the GOAT one, Lokiā€™s a close second.

Loki was the worst one. Cringe writing. I hated everything with the TVA. Animated info dump (Jurassic Park Mr DNA riff) in the first episode made me legit mad. The last episode was a boring muddle. Will say the Sylvie (sp?) actress was very good, but it didnā€™t redeem the rest for me.

The others have been various levels of mostly fine. Still havenā€™t watched the last Ms. Marvel because I got annoyed with the trajectory of the series. I loved the grounded story of the first episode. This series did not need big CGI threats from alternate dimensions.
