Median home price in her district is $1.8M.
I sure hope the liberals get to the guillotines first before the right wing does.
Ultra blue and progressive are not at all the same thing.
Thatās another structural hurdle progressives have that the Tea Party didnāt. 25% of the country might be progressive, but there arenāt many districts where most people would prefer AOC to Biden. The right has rural territories where you can get 50% of the vote just by being the most extreme right wing choice.
The liberals will be smugly talking about norms right up until the guillotine blade is falling.
Sure, but in the 2020 primary, Bernie won her district and Biden only barely edged out Warren for 2nd.

That makes me nostalgic.
Remember when wearing a tan suit was enough to be a scandal? Or saluting with a latte? The good olā days!
Excuse me, those were the darkest* days of the Republic, we donāt joke about that.
I mean look at the mess America is in now. Imagine the paradise it could have been if Obama dressed more formally and put his coffee down.
Silly me, I assumed they did that within the first 20 minutes of existing.

Good morning.
US taxpayers are paying Louis DeJoy about $1,000 today (just like yesterday and tomorrow) because heās still Postmaster General for some reason.
āWeāre looking into itā
And every person I know has said their USPS mail has been a complete shitshow this year. People donāt follow politics, all they will know is the USPS went to shit under Biden.
Got to protect those norms though, Republicans will certainly honor them when they control all three branches for the next 10+ years.
