It’s a pretty crappy house for $41 million. Way too much knotty pine everywhere.

That is almost every house I’ve ever been in that is located in a mountain town. I agree with the knotty pine hate though.

Yeah, that’s kind of my point. If you’re going to have a house worth tens of millions, maybe aspire to something a bit higher than the exact same aesthetics as your uncle’s hunting cabin.

They can’t help themselves. They literally want it to be a multimillion dollar hunting cabin. Never mind the acoustics and other issues that made housing more efficient over the years.

The pine cabin is very stylish in the decade that Feinstein’s swiss cheese brain still lives in.

It’s not my aesthetic, but I think it’s fine for what it was. If pine cabin is what you want, then that seems like a pretty good version of one (I’m mostly referring to what I assume is the main house).

This from the woman who ruined the lives of Bills credible accusers. Great nominee in 2016 guys

Will these people please fucking retire

You’re not taking into account that they are oh so very special.

i certainly can’t trust my own memory of the 90s of what was credible and what wasn’t, but it doesn’t seem there’s a ton of evidence of ruined lives.

People that wouldn’t retire with enough to live comfortably the rest of their lives at those ages completely baffles me.

I know people like that, and in some cases there is nothing baffling about it. They genuinely love what they do. It’s kind of cliche, but such people actually exist.

Maybe they should have learned to enjoy life with their families or other things. Likely story is they are addicted to the work. I can think of 1000 other things I’d rather do other than any work that is actually a passion you get paid for.

It’s their social club. Note how irritated they get when asked real questions, they just want to get back to the cocktail circuit.

Would you be that concerned about the imminent fascist takeover with $10+ million and a life expectancy of 5 years?
