in first two years with senate control (prior to feinstein shingles), biden actually confirmed a lot more judges than trmp did. the conveyer belt isnât going stop anymore by either party, at least until judicial terms get changed.
Nope, republicans wonât allow her to be replaced. Need unanimous consent.
Probably needs a blue slip, which republicans will want to negotiate over.

People went after Strom Thurmond but he at least showed up to do the job
