If you want to make a run for another country, the Czech Republicâs ranking in press freedom jumped up 20 places from 40th to 20th this year. Ranked 12th in income inequality-adjusted Human Development Index (America ranked 28th). Second lowest gini coefficient in the world.
Clearly there are better countries but weâre better than America in those three categories.
