Terrible wagers in FJ today. Coming into FJ these were the scores:
3rd place: $800
2nd place: $10,200
1st place: $10,600
third place bets $799. He should have bet $0 in case second place does something stupid likeā¦
betting $10,190.
However, second place got FJ right and 1st place got it wrong, so he won. Play bad, get there.

She comes off as a very calculated Hillary campaign style character that appeals to NYT idiots. Itās like two parts obviously-scripted jokes, one part trendy outfits, and a scosche of patronizing fake accents to taste. IRL Iām almost positive sheās crazy people. That said, her dissertation was on hypothalamic regulation in Prader-Willi syndrome which is something I majorly geek out on and currently have on my reading list, so I could probably talk to her for hours about only that.
In retrospect, Ken Jennings was the obvious forever man for this job. Heās very authentic and likable with the added bonus that heās one of the few hosts of anything that could take off that jacket, grab a buzzer, and completely stomp your ass at the game at a secondās notice. I need Ken Jennings in my living room five nights a week.

I donāt know about added bonus. I feel like thatās the main substance of his appeal. Without that heās just another guy. Nothing special about him at all.

For me, I donāt think thatās the main appeal of Ken Jennings. Iām talking purely about his personality and hosting style compared to the others. He comes off as pleasant, authentic, and likable. Have you seen him on The Chsae? First time I watched was insta-cringe. Itās extremely fake and forced because he does not cast well as a villain at all. Labbett is perfect for that role, whereas I think heād be bad on Jeopardy. Also, if I had never heard of Ken Jennings and somebody told me he was a professional game show host, Iād never even think to question it.
As is James. He is 100% the person who cheered for the heels when watching wrestling as a kid.

Right, heās much more suited for Chaser than Jeopardy host. Itās weird how TV personas work. For all I know, Mark Labbett is the nicest and best IRL person of all of these quiz masters. I mean Ellen has a show because people thought she was nice and relatable (lol). Thatās what I mean about Mayim being a focus group selection that a former Hillary campaign advisor would come up with.

Ha glad someone else caught that, think I did a double take when they said it. Heās also apparently a nursing student. My wife particularly hates him; heās definitely Howie from ITYSL in real life. Hope we get a Paul Bufano moment out of him before he loses. āHow hard is that, Mayim?!ā

Meanwhile, Wheel has had three $100k winners in a row. Thatās pretty long odds ā nearly 14,000 to 1 just to land on it three straight shows, let alone have them all solve the bonus puzzle.
They completely stopped showing wheel during Olympics here. They moved jeopardy a half hour forward and during jeopardyās normal 730 timeslot they do local news about the Olympic athletes from the area
