Yes. But I was watching a bootleg stream out of either Canada or the UK, which showed the gymnastics ceremony. I think NBC switched to live swimming on the main network.

Saving something for prime time.
Do they even show the medal ceremonies in prime time? I haven’t seen one yet. It’s like they’re afraid of someone taking a knee, or a raised fist, that would trigger all the MAGA snowflakes.
i’ve only seen online clips, but i haven’t been looking for the ceremonies by any means.
i saw the mens gymnastics one where the US team tried to let the japanese team get a solo photo op and the japanese team scooted closer to them again instead…
they will all be on delay in primetime, do you think they’re too dumb to edit out anything that would be controversial?

The Olympics generally tests on accuracy and if Trump’s attempted assassination shows, we don’t have it. Now if the contest was how many things can be shot with as high powered automatic rifle as possible, well now, we’re in the running.

thats interesting the pool is only 2.1m (3 normally) deep i would have guessed way deeper - like 20-25 feet
