Google tells me age of consent is 18 in Florida, but 16 or 17 is ok as long as the older party is 23 or younger (known as, I kid you not, “the Romeo and Juliet” provision).
Also, even if it were legal in Florida, you can always run into issues if you start bringing minors across state lines for sexual purposes. Flying your 17 year old girlfriend out to visit you on a trip might just seem like a fun vacation, but federal authorities might see it differently. [And that’s even assuming one of the more “innocent” versions of conduct that could violate a federal statute].
