… And this is why I am not particularly upset that my new house has a (very cheap) HOA. No I do not have it yet… I’m fairly sure that my wife and I have died and predictably gone to hell. It’s been 3-4 weeks away from being finished since late June. 2021 is amazing.
But yeah I’m vandalizing this dude’s house almost constantly until he sells his house and moves. Just taking the camera’s down is not good enough at this point. You want to play games with the limits of what’s legal? I’m going to pull out all the stops to ruin your life lol.

I don’t get how what the horrible neighbor is doing is legal. He’s basically terrorizing the neighbors, especially the black family. It’s beyond just being a nuisance.
