Watching the primaries last year, some old white lady voted for Pete, learned he was gay, and then was horrified she voted for a gay guy and tried to change her vote lol. Thats your 10%

Biden announced a plan to cut greenhouse gas emissions but didn’t give any details. The article cited a bunch of experts on what might be necessary to reach that goal. Republicans have taken those suggestions as what Biden wants.
