Ah yes, school, where I went to learn only, and nothing else happened. When I think back to my high school days, I only reminisce about things like 11th grade English essays, History Projects and AP tests.
Thinking that public education shouldn’t exist isn’t even really a fringe republican belief, it’s pretty mainstream. And you can replace the word “education” with just about anything. SOCIALISM

Yeah, the guy has been nothing but terrible for the country, but it’s still rough watching something like that.
As terrible as McConnell is, what comes after him could be much worse.

Mini-stroke really isn’t a thing. I think you mean a TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack)? That’s basically some temporary lack of blood flow to the brain. The answer to that is most likely not (but still possible). Reason why I think that is that there’s no facial droop, no continued speech that’s slurred, no weakness on one side. He just stops.
It could be still, the brain is weird. More likely imo is near syncope, some sort of arrhythmia, or just being weird because he’s old and has a lot of health problems.
Regardless, that should be concerning for him.

Odd, barely related side story:
My father suffers/suffered from hydrocephalus, but whenever he tells anyone about it everyone just hears syphilis.
