My senior year in high school my mom took in the only homeless person in Blue Springs, MO. Every few months heād come home with a 5lb block of govt cheese. It wasnāt bad.

I think the florida law is county dependent. Polk county, where I live, gives parents the chance to opt their kids out of reading certain books. which pissed off a bunch of nutjobs.
polk county is where a ton of Florida man stories originate, so Iād be surprised weāre somehow less fucked up than manatee county. but also, lol manatee county.
my gf is a teacher and has never said anything about having to remove books from her class, she does teach middle school thoughā¦ but also teaches reading.

The war on learning has obviously been underway for a very long time. It is just amazing how bold they have become with it now.
Itās the perfect long game as the more uneducated people they create the more people they have to mislead. It is quite despairing. I donāt doubt if we stay on this course those same books will be outlawed in homes, bookstores and online retailers. This is the script of a bad movie.
