Mike Levin
Juan Vargas
Scott Peters

Fuck that kid so much. Jesus that sends my lawnmower into orbit. I sincerely donāt condone violence but he legitimately needs to have his face kicked in.
Well fasten your seatbelt because Rittenhouse/MAGA Hat Kid in the Face of Indigenous Protestor is the GOP ticket in '36.
When is the Gabbard/Sinema ticket going to win the R nom? Kyle for AG.
The comments come after a lawsuit protesting Greeneās candidacy citing a provision in the U.S. Constitution that bans officials of Congress who attempted an insurrection from ever serving in office.
āThe evidence in this matter is insufficient to establish that Rep. Greene ā¦ āengaged in insurrection or rebellionā under the 14th Amendment to the Constitution,ā Judge Charles Beaudrot wrote in his May 2022 ruling. āTherefore, the Court holds that Respondent is qualified to be a candidate for Representative for Georgiaās 14th Congressional District.ā
Gerrymander to reduce responsiveness to democratic pressure
Citizens use ballot initiatives
legislature pushes legislation to up the requirements for ballot initiatives
This has been happening in Florida for a couple decades.
They do this bullshit in Michigan too. There was a ballot referendum to repeal the States authority to appoint emergency managers to struggling municipalities like Flint. So the State just passed the law in some way that had some small budget item attached to it. And since ballot initiatives canāt have any budgetary impact, boom, law canāt be repealed by initiative.
I believe it did pass in Florida, but not by 60%, ironically. Not that it matters because Floridaās GOP legislature just ignores the ones it doesnāt like.
I think the Democratsā only shot in 2024 is to get it onto every ballot in every blue and purple state.
Yeah, but the republicans have been pushing for even higher because people can still pass things like felon voter rights reinstatement
reading this actually kinda surprised me, some of these guys actually believed some of this baloney, I figured they were just coming up with pretexts and that they knew what they were doing was a straight up coup.
