Not sure yet. Tune into Knowledge Fight on Friday. One of the hosts is a special consultant for the prosecuting team and was likely there when the judge issued her statement. I wouldnt be surprised if the lead attorney is back on the show to discuss what it all means.
I assume if he keeps ducking deposition like he did discovery, the judge will issue the sentence personally and that wont be pretty for him. Hes been trying to offload as much of his cash into LLCs and such to try to protect his money, but his attorneys are such a fucking clownshow it wouldnt surprise me if they fuck all that up as well.

Au contraire, the imaginary Constitution that exists in minds of conservatives contains whatever they want it to contain. The Conservative Constitution is just a guarantee of the list of the things they can think of that they like, and SOCIALISM is a list of all the things they can think of that they donât like.

Has anyone asked these people why they believe that since abortion is not mentioned in the Constitution, that makes it illegal? Isnât the common assumption that things not declared illegal by law are presumed legal?

I think the argument isnât that itâs illegal, itâs that the constitution doesnât prevent states from banning it.
