In early covid times when various state governors were notching some good PR wins by appearing minimally competent, a Facebook friend polled to see who was preferred in a hypothetical Presidential race between Andrew Cuomo and Larry Hogan. I snap called Hogan and in retrospect it seems like an even better call.
AOC could shoot someone on Tremont Ave without losing my vote though.
