For all the shit that establishment Democrats get, theyâre political heroes by comparison to the cowardly Republicans allowing Trump supporters to throw them under the bus (Cruz personifies this, but itâs basically their entire establishment now). Only worse type of pol, is the Trump collapse confidante writing a book now about how awful he was and the danger he poses.

I got Cruz as the 2nd favorite for the GOP nomination. Remember that Cruz and Hawley were the two senators voting to raise objections to the election result.
Iâm going with Cruz as always the bridesmaid never the bride. Guyâs got enough smarts to hop on whatever trend conservatives want but not enough charm to come out on top of the other hustlers hop on the same trend
