i know nothing about tennessee other than every weird US law factoid I read about seems to be some law like “did you know in tennessee if you jaywalk with a parakeet on your shoulder you could be subject to the stockades?”

13th amendment has a loophole where slavery is okay as criminal punishment. I think 4 states counting last night have laws closing the loophole

Yeah I mean the moderate wing is going to push that he ran behind Shapiro but he also ran ahead of Biden in a brutal environment for Dems, after having a stroke and barely being able to campaign.
The Every County Every Vote strategy works a lot better if he can actually campaign like crazy. I expect him to be our senator for a long time.
