For sure Pete is truly one to be feared with no support from anyone under 40 or minorities. Then again if the GOP is basing their “fear” on their internal polling it might make sense as he would be quite popular with their voters if only he wasn’t gay and probably a communist.

Keep in mind that whoever the Democratic nominee is will get support from young people and minorities. The question will not be whether they can win them, but rather whether they can turn them out.

People often overestimate the correlation between how critical winning minority, young, female votes is during the Democratic primary versus whether you can win them in the general.
